Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your package, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. The cancellation and no-show fees are detailed in the terms and conditions of the individual hotel offer.

You have the right to file a complaint about your annual stay and request a refund for any payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or other methods within 10 days of using the service. Note that the refund amount will be subject to administrative fees and GST.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking confirmation will specify the cancellation policy and any applicable no-show fees.

3. Vacation Purchase Agreement

This Refund Policy does not apply to the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT signed between Make Mera Trip and each individual customer. Your relationship with Platinum Enterprises is governed solely by the terms of the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT, including its jurisdiction and dispute resolution methods. Refund requests for vacation purchases will not be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Fixed Period Vacations

Any refund requests related to fixed period vacations for you and your family must strictly follow the terms of the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT. No disputes or refund requests will be accepted for payments made by credit card as per the obligations outlined in the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
